These are some of our projects. First I wanted to show you our new door. Well, the old door painted a different color. I decided to paint the door with a contrasting color so I did it in a color that enhances the brick color. The paint is a terra cotta/burnt orange color. I love it. I am also going to paint some of the trim around the windows that color too. I think it will add some pop to the front of the house. I also have been working on a rag quilt for Linda. She bought the fabric and I am putting it together for her birthday. We also wanted to show you the nice picture we got from Wynn in the mail this week. It was such a nice surprise. Of course we hung it on the fridge in a place of honor.

Yesterday Dad did work around the yard by cleaning up lots of leaves and putting a filter on the rain gutters to help them not get clogged with leaves and pine needles. I had a play day with Linda and her sister-in-law June. They invited me to go to Idaho Falls with them. We had fun shopping and going to lunch. That evening we went with them to dinner at PBG's, a really nice restaurant in Blackfoot, for Linda's birthday. It was a fun day for me.

It has been a busy week for me. It is getting busier at work and I am getting some extra responsibilities. It seems like I have something every night, too. It is all good.

Hi Everyone, I just thought I would add my two cents worth. We finally did it and made a blog. We woke up this morning to beautiful, big snowflakes coming down and quite a bit of snow on the ground. After looking around the yard we saw that several big branches had broken off the trees in the yard because the snow was so wet and heavy. Some of the branches that had not broken were bent clear to the ground. It was beautiful, though. Some branches broke off and were on the top of dad's shop and had landed on the power line. Thankfully it just pulled the line down partially and it is ok still although we will probably have to get an electrition to fix it permanently. We watched both sessions of conference today. It was great as always. I loved the young women's choir this afternoon. Dad is going to the priesthood session and Linda and I are going to have a girls night by going to The 60's Musical in Idaho Falls. I was given the tickets by my manager and it shoud be great. Well, I am signing off now and will go make dinner. Love ya all, Mom and Grandma

Winter comes to Blackfoot

Just thought you guys might like to see the wintery weather we have been having. I know that it has taken a long time to get Grandma and Grandpa Keller to come to the blog scene but here we are.
